Proceedings of the workshop will be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series as open-access publication. Papers presented at the workshop are invited to be submitted as articles to the workshop proceedings.

Deadline for submission of articles is: Oct. 15 2010

Articles have to be presented according to the JoP Author Guidelines. Articles can be prepared either in Word, using the JoP Conf. Ser. template or in LaTeX2e with the appropriate templates. The templates can be downloaded from JoP Author Guideline webpage.
We recommend to use the Word template to prepare your paper, the example file with instruction can be downloaded here.

Final papers shall be submitted as pdf documents according to the JoP guidelines by e-mail to the workshop editors.

Each submitted paper will be peer reviewed following the IOP Peer Review Policy. The review process is organised by the proceedings editors Alexander Ioffe, Earl Babcock and Thomas Gutberlet.

Corresponding authors will receive one printed copy of the proceedings after publishing. Additional copies can be ordered via the editors.

Each authors submitting an article for publication in the Jourmal of Physics: Conference Series is assumed to accept the terms of the IOP Proceedings Publication Licence published at the IOP webpage.
